Requesting a quote for our promotional products is pretty straightforward. Just follow the simple step-by-step process below:

Step 1: Click the “Quote List” tab. Once redirected to the next page, just click “Continue.”

Step 2: Choose your promotional products through the search tab on the upper left or by browsing through our “Promotional Products Catalogue”.

In this case, let’s consider the “Brushed Heavy Cotton Cap with Road Embroidery.”

Step 3: Click on the item and look for the “Add to Quote List” tab. You’ll be redirected to the “Quote List” page where you need to fill up important information.

Step 4: Choose your print preference, set date required and specify quantity requirements.

Step 5: If you click on “QUANTITIES” on the upper right corner, you’ll get a pop-up for more info.

Step 6: You can also add more promotional items to your “Quote List.” Simply click “Continue Browsing”.

Step 7: Choose your additional items. Just click “Add to Quote List” and fill out the important information.

Step 8: You can add as many items as you want. You can also remove items. Just tick “Remove” and click “Update.”

Step 9: When ready, proceed by clicking “Submit quote request.”

Step 10: If you’re an existing customer, simply sign in with your e-mail address and password. For new customers, you need to fill out personal details to proceed.

Step 11: To ensure a more accurate quote, make sure to clearly fill out all necessary information including delivery details so freight rates can be included in the quote.

Artwork Format Requirements for Timely Production

At Vivid Promotions, we want to make sure that your logo or artwork looks impeccable on your promotional products. To do this, we request clients to double check our artwork requirements to ensure timely production.

Here are the necessary requirements your artwork should meet for a great looking logo imprint:

Required File Formats

For spot colour printing (pad printing, screen printing, etc), Vivid Promotions can only accept vectorized file formats such as AI, EPS, etc.

For embroidery or digital four colour process printing, we can accept any high quality (300+DPI) format such as JPEG, BMP, TIFF, PSD, etc as long as they are saved in CMYK colour format.

Important Information

Please note that if you’re sending a vectorised file format, ensure that all fonts used in your artwork are saved as outlines.

Please do not simply rename the file extension of your file to match the formats we require. They will not open.

All artworks submitted are reviewed and approved by our team. Once your artwork has been approved, Vivid Promotions will prepare an artwork proof for your review and approval before your order goes to production.

Changes to your logo/artwork can still be made before your order goes to production. We will also recommend changes if necessary for best output. You will be notified for your approval for any changes needed.

How to Ask for a Product Sample And What to Know

At Vivid Promotions, we pride ourselves in ensuring that our clients avail the perfect promotional product to suit your advertising needs, budget, image and time frame.

To help you make the right decision on your promotional giveaways, we provide samples upon request. But considering expenses incurred with this process, we have important policies you need to take into consideration when requesting for product samples.

For New Clients

If you’re a new client of Vivid Promotions, here’s what you need to know when requesting for product samples:

1. To ensure that you’re making the best product choices for your advertising, we recommend speaking with one of our sales consultants to help narrow down your options.

2. You can also request for product quotations for an accurate estimate of rates and pricing including freight.

3. To avail the best prices, we highly recommend clients to shop around and compare competitor quotes.

4. If you’re happy with our quotation and would like to proceed with an order, we are more than happy to provide you with product samples so you can inspect product quality, appearance, and decoration before you finalise your purchase.

5. Vivid Promotions can supply a maximum quantity of one (1) product sample provided the total value is less than $5.00 plus GST.

6. For samples more than $5.00 plus GST but less than $50.00 plus GST (based on the lowest quantity unit price break), we require full pre-payment prior to dispatch. After you’ve thoroughly inspected the samples and you’ve placed your orders, we will refund or credit your account for the full invoice amount.

7. Samples with an accumulated value of over $50.00 plus GST are non-returnable for credit unless you place an order with Vivid Promotions. Note that credit only applies to product samples that match the products ordered. Any other samples that do not corroborate with your product orders are not available for credit or refund.

8. For a specific product sample over $30.00 plus GST (based on the lowest quantity price) that’s not in stock at our warehouse or in our showroom, and needs to be ordered in as a special request, said product is non-returnable / non-refundable if an order for that item is not placed with Vivid Promotions. If an order is placed for this item and the sample is returned in good order, we’ll gladly deduct the cost from your order.

For Existing Clients

Here’s everything you need to know if you want to request for product samples:

1. If you are an existing Vivid Promotions client with an annual spending of over $5,000, you can request for any product sample or a range of accumulated samples free of charges provided that the total does not exceed $50.00 plus GST.  However, we do kindly ask that you return these samples within a 21-day period. Failure to return samples within the required time frame will result in an automatic invoice charged to your account.

3. Sample orders with an accumulated value over $50.00 plus GST are only returnable for credit if you place an order with Vivid Promotions. Credit is only applicable to item samples that match with your orders. Samples that do match your orders are non-returnable for credit.

Policy Changes

Vivid Promotions reserves the right to review and change this request for sample policy at any time without prior notice.

For a step-by-step guide, here’s everything you need to do:

1. To begin, you can get a quote on the promotional products of your choice to view accurate pricing, images, and custom printing options. Click here for a step-by-step guide on how to request a quote.

2. To ensure an accurate quote, make sure to provide all information requested including delivery address so freight charges are included in the total quote.

3. Once you’ve requested the quote, one of our staff will get in touch with you to confirm the details and email you an official quote. In case of difficulties or if you have other queries, give us a call at 1300 72 70 92.

4. Once you’re ready to place your order, send through a detailed email of your order requirements, including such details as the product code, colours, quantities,  artwork files, delivery address and required date. You can also give us a call to place your promotional products order if that’s more convenient for unbranded orders.

5. For the final step, it’s time to finalise your orders. Our sales team will give you a preview of your promotional product orders to double check. If there are no corrections and changes, we’ll complete your order, which we will then send to production.

At Vivid Promotions, we can process and finalise promotional product orders within the same day. If you can respond to our emails and faxes promptly, we can guarantee to complete your order request in less than an hour.

Important Note: Please double check stock levels – as they can vary from day to day – prior to order to ensure delivery deadlines are met on time.
